Rates are for self catering. Your rental will include a daily maid service (Monday to Friday from 8am -12.30 pm).
Linen and bath towels provided - guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
To ensure your privacy we will not rent the house and property to different parties over the same period.
Children are welcome but the pool is not fenced so we caution parents with very young children and non swimmers. A safety net is provided
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 30% Deposit to secure your booking. Balance payable 21 days prior to arrival date plus refundable breakage deposit of the lesser R1500 or 10% of the booking fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival: refund of 75% of deposit
- Reservations cancelled 14 - 30 days prior to arrival: no refund of deposit
- Reservations cancelled less then 14 days of arrival or in the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
PAYMENT: Bank or internet transfer.
